Due to popular demand, PSYU has organized a second tour of the Nuclear Reactor Facilities at McMaster University. The invitation is extended to any Physics Society member or potential member. The number of participants is limited, so RSVP as soon as possible. MNR is the most powerful Canadian university research reactor, and you could go see it with the Physics Society! Our last visit generated some amazing discussions about current and past issues in the field of nuclear physics research, about the physics behind nuclear reactors, and about working and doing research in the field. So don't miss this great opportunity and join us on the tour! Please remember, spots are limited. The tour is free, and the Physics Society will cover transportation (both ways) and a meal on McMaster campus. We will meet at Vari Hall at 12.30PM on October 30th, and then take the GO bus to MU.
