Women in Physics Canada Conference

Great news everyone! UofT is hosting Women in Physics Canada Conference from July 30th to August 1st. It is aimed at graduate level, but undergraduates are welcome as well. In the past, this conference has always been a great hit, so this time should be awesome as well. Physics Society at York University will be attending as a group, and the first 15 active members to email us are entitled to a $15 subsidy from PSYU (see details below). Early registration costs only $35, and is over on June 15th. This means you'd only pay $20. This fee included 3-day attendance, lunches, coffee breaks, and two dinners. After June 15th, the fee is $50! All genders are welcome to join! You will receive an email reply stating whether you are receiving it. You have to register for the conference yourself, and then provide us with registration receipt. We are only able to extend the subsidy to undergraduate students at York U. Active members (have attended at least one event during the year) receive priority.
